Unsere Kakao-Nibs bestehen aus gebrochenen, schonend gerösteten Kakao-bohnen, die in Tansania von Kleinbauern nachhaltig angebaut werden. In einem kleinen regionalen Betrieb wird er schonend fermentiert, in der Sonne getrocknet und anschließend sorgfältig von Hand selektiert. Geröstet und zu Nibs verarbeitet werden die Bohnen in unserer Hauseigenen Rösterei in Augsburg.
