Den Kakao für unsere feine Schokolade beziehen wir direkt und fair aus den Eastern Arc Mountains in Tansania, wo er von Kleinbauern nachhaltig angepflanzt wird. In einem kleinen regionalen Betrieb wird er schonend fermentiert, in der Sonne getrocknet und anschließend sorgfältig von Hand selektiert. Hier in Deutschland, werden die Kakaobohnen mit Leidenschaft handwerklich bis zur fertigen Tafel weiterverarbeitet.
Mit jeder Tafel Schokoladengenuss trägst Du dazu bei den Lebensstandard der Kleinbauerfamilien in Tansania nachhaltig zu sichern und zu verbessern.
